Hello, I am Mrs. Chan. It is my joy to prepare traditional Chinese breakfasts for all those who come to the Evergreen Chinese Academy.  I strongly believe that Chinese cuisine is an important part of the Chinese culture. When students, young and old, come to take classes, we want to enrich their minds and fill their tummies.

我叫陈梅新月，来自中国香港。我在长青中文学院的工作是给大家提供美味可口的中式早餐。我觉得大家为学习中国文化而来，而中国美食是中国文化的一个重要组成部分，因此我总是为大家提供丰富的品种和多样的口味，让大家更多的体会中国人的饮食特点。
