My name is Ruth Qi.  I am a native speaker of Mandarin with J.D. in law from University of Maine School of Law. I have always been passionate about teaching and promoting Chinese culture. Before I came to the United States in 2003, I had been teaching English for over four years to students of all ages and backgrounds. I am patient and creative; and I love teaching. I greatly appreciate the time at the Evergreen Chinese Academy helping students to advance their learning in Chinese.

我叫祈媛， 2003年赴美攻读法律专业之前，曾在中国担任过四年英语教师,教授过各种年龄和背景的学生。我热爱中文教学，更热衷于促进中美之间的文化交流。我富有创造力和专业能力，同时又极具耐心，很高兴有机会和热爱中文的学生们在长青中文学院相识，并帮助他们提高中文水平。
