Coach Xu Jun-Heng
徐均亨教练
Coach Xu Jun-Heng is from Shanghai, China. Coach Xu attended the
Shanghai Institute of Physical Technology, majoring in Physical Exercise
with an emphasis in coaching. From 1959 to 1989, he was a professional
swimmer and the coach of Shanghai Swimming team. In 1989, he was invited
by University of TN and worked as a guest coach. In 1991, he became a
head coach of Richmond Swimming Team, VA. In 1997, Coach Xu was
recruited by the prestigious Ross Institute as the Director of the Asian
Cultural Exchange Program and the Director of Integrated health sports.
Based on his vision and many years’ experience, Coach Xu has created a
health program for people of all ages that emphasizes self health care,
exercise, Tai Chi, Qigong, self massage, gardening and fresh, organic
Chinese cooking.
徐均亨教练来自中国上海.他曾在上海市体育运动技术学院就读,专修体育训练.
一九五九年至一九八九年徐教练是上海市专业游泳运动员和上海市游泳队教练.一九八九年受聘于田纳西大学为客座教练.一九九一年,
出任佛吉尼亚里士满市游泳队总教练.一九九七年,被长岛罗斯学院聘为亚洲文化交流中心主任.
根据他多年的探索和经验,他创立了一套老少皆宜的强身健体项目,包括自身保健,锻炼,太极,气功行走法,自我推拿,园艺及健康烹饪法.
